1. Log in to your themap.ng account.

2. Navigate to the Refund Request section on your dashboard.

3. Click Upload Documents.

4. Attach the required documents (such as proof of payment, valid ID, and any other supporting documents requested).

5. Review the uploaded files to ensure they are clear and complete.

6. Submit the documents for review.

Once submitted, our team will verify the documents and provide updates on the status of your refund request.

Please note that once the verification process by our Accounting Team is successfully completed, the status of your case will be updated accordingly and reflected in the system as green.

We also wish to clarify that the refund process is being conducted under the supervision and directives of the Federal High Court. As such, all actions relating to refunds are subject to the approved legal and administrative framework currently in place.
